For the Advanced book I generated a chapter list, and recruited a team of industry experts. I researched and wrote chapters, kept the team on target and edited it all for accuracy and to conform to a consistent voice.

NCEA – webinars, written materials, lectures to help instructors teach complex topics including chemistry. The most challenging was a presentation to educate professional estheticians and instructors the molecular structure of specific acids. Most have no advanced chemistry or college work. The goals was understanding comparative size of commonly used acids and how their structure impacted penetration of the epidermis. This to provide them a tool they could use to select the most effective therapy for their clients.
